Albanian Alps Professional or local mountain guide For a full experience during your trip and for safety reasons on the mountain routes, we always recommend booking a guide for your trip in the Albanian Alps. There are a few certified professional mountain guides, locals from our valleys, mostly English speaking, available for multi-days and cross country tours. In each valley, there are also local young men offering the service of a local guide to the close attraction on that specific area. These guides speak a few words of English, which can show you not only the path but reveal to you the local customs and traditions from the stories they use to narrate.
